Mission & Vision

The mission and vision of Rod and Staff Ranch are contained in Psalm 23. For those who don’t know the Lord as their Shepherd, we desire that they find Him. We want to provide a place of soul restoration. Sometimes that means rest, food, and anointing. Sometimes that means discipline and work. We desire to share His goodness and lovingkindness. We desire to introduce people to Shepherd-centered care. And we pray for the knowledge of all we minister to that they will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

 There are several ways to support the ranch. One effective method is to make recurring donations or one-time contributions to help cover fixed expenses. Additionally, you can assist by lending or donating equipment, volunteering your time, or offering services for an upcoming event. 

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. 

He makes me lie down in green pastures;

He leads me beside quiet waters. 

He restores my soul; 

He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. 

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, 

I fear no evil, for You are with me; 

Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. 

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; 

You have anointed my head with oil; 

My cup overflows. 

Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, 

And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
